Terri-Lee's work in the social services sector has included the fields of corrections (justice), family violence, addictions and residential care. She has worked for the past 29 years with all groups including youth, women, men, families, individuals and couples. Her work has included individuals from all cultural backgrounds including aboriginal people.
Terri-Lee's experience is unique. She is a private therapist with an active private practice as well as a Consultant in policy and program development. She is the sole proprietor of Above and Beyond, Counselling, Coaching and Consulting. Terri-Lee incorporates her therapeutic skills into her work as a coach, facilitator and mediator.
